The ability to understand and confidently work with numbers.

The ability to communicate or interact well with other people.

To give attention to someone to be able to receive information.

Teamwork

Working together as a group of people to achieve a goal.

The ability to read or write.

The ability to find out why a problem is happening and coming up with solutions to solve it.

The ability to quickly recover from difficulties or challenges in life.

Coming up with a new idea or way to do something.

Analytical

Taking a problem or task and breaking it down into smaller elements in order to solve the problem or complete the task.

Creative

To be able to make or do something new or with imagination.

Leadership

Guiding a team or individual to achieve a certain goal through direction and motivation.

Initiative

The power, energy, or ability to organise or achieve something. The first or leading action in a process.

Integrity

A strong sense of honesty; firmness of moral character. Core values.

Communication

The sharing or exchange of messages, information, or ideas. This could be verbal or written.

Organised

Having the things you need and knowing where to find them.

Skill

The ability to do something well. You can develop a skill overtime with practice i.e., communication.

Quality

A quality is a personal characteristic, it’s something that makes you ‘you’. I.e., caring.

A written document which gives an overview of your skills, qualities, education and work experience.

Reference

References are a report from a previous employer, school/college about a person. References normally include details about a person’s experience, ability to carry out a job, comments on skills/qualities and their attendance record.

A desire to achieve a particular goal.

Trust

A belief in the strength or truth of a person or thing.

Loyalty

To continue doing something or supporting someone, even when its difficult.

Respect

To consider the feelings / roles of other people.

Commitment

Being dedicated to something, for example a club, a cause etc.
